Dispatching Administrative Interpreters(Learn more)

Administrative interpreters are available to help foreign residents who have difficulty understanding Japanese, by accompanying them to places such as ward offices and schools and offering assistance with various procedures. Please click here for more information.

To help those foreign citizens who are concerned about having medical examinations in Japanese,
 a service has been put in place allowing people to request Medical Interpreters.

The City of Kitakyushu has released a new video explaining the rules for separating and disposing of garbage.
The video is narrated in Japanese, but subtitles are available in English, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese.
