General Consultation
Consultations for daily life issues and other problems are provided by our Foreign Language Support Consultants in-person, over the telephone and via email.

Specialist Consultation
Specialist consultation sessions (Kurosaki only) are available for matters that require professional advice and support.
Consultation provided in coordination with an administrative scrivener regarding immigration procedures, residence status, visa etc.
Consultation examples: renewal of period of stay, renewal of residence status, bringing family over from home country, permanent residency, application for naturalization, international marriage etc.

Legal consultation provided in coordination with a lawyer
Consultation examples: divorce, employment/labor dispute, traffic accident, financial dispute etc.

Psychological counseling conducted by a clinical psychologist
Consultation examples: mental fatigue, stress, worries, anxiety, insomnia, lack or a decline in motivation etc.
