A disaster prevention app has been created to help residents obtain disaster information quickly through smartphones and tablets. (Free Download.)
Language setting with 13 different languages is possible.

2. The 48th New Kitakyu Music Lecture in Kurosaki ~Sparkle of Flutes~

Celebrating its 400th anniversary this year, the festival has embarked on the path to a successful next 100 years as a nation’s important intangible folk cultural asset.
Enjoy Taiko drum performances by various districts, organizations, and community groups at the Taiko Square.

A festival with a 400-year-old tradition celebrated by parishioners of Kasuga Shrine, Okada Shrine, and Ichinomiya Shrine.

3.Tobata Gion Yamakasa

Designated as a nation’s important intangible folk cultural asset, the Tobata Gion is known as one of the three major summer festivals in Fukuoka Prefecture together with Hakata Gion Yamakasa and Kokura Gion Daiko, and was registered by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage in 2016.
