Heat Stroke Information

Japan is expected to experience dangerous heat that has never been seen before tomorrow.

“Heatstroke” is a condition caused by a hot environment, where your body temperature rises and you become dehydrated, leading to physical illness.

On days when a Heat Illness Alert is issued, please stay in a cool indoor environment with air conditioning, take frequent rests, and hydrate and replenish salt. Elderly people and infants are particularly susceptible to heatstroke, so please be extra careful, and those around them should also check on them.
